LINK!

Who says breaststroke cannot do triathlon?

"Živný completed his first Ironman at the age of 42 and finished with a time of 15 hours 8 minutes. Two years later, in 1985, he broke his all-time record and completed an Ironman with a time of 13:51.

Then came the Super Ironman in 1999. It wasn't an easy race. Not only did he fall from his bike before the race, knocking out a tooth and bruising his ribs, it also rained during much of the race."

"The race always starts out with swimming, which he considers the hardest. "I can only swim the breast stroke, and that makes me slow," he says. Živný regularly swims in lakes that are as cold as 15 degrees Celsius (59 degrees Fahrenheit)."

Steady liao lor! Learn freestyle for what? Just breaststroke all the way! Ok melvin was right lolz.

By the time I'm 45 years old, I wanna finish my first Ironman. Within the next 27 years, I'll gain experience in local tri-s and half Ironmans. After finishing my Ironman, I shall die a happy man.

I really can't imagine how these triathletes finish their first Ironman. Running a full marathon(42.195km) is painful enough, talk about a 3.8km swim and a 180km bike route prior to that. Damn, it must take a whole lot of mental power to get through that.

I guess it's what makes them wanna do it.

And one day I will. After I finish my full mar by the time I'm 21 and start earning real money. Check back here in 27 years, ya?

Lol I'm serious.
